How Can dizziness Along With Neck Pain be Treated?

A 64 year old woman experienced severe leg muscle pain and dizziness in the middle of the night and had difficulty opening her eyes. She has been under severe stress lately because of an ill son with a congenital heart problem. Any idea what these symptoms might point to?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Possibilities are uncontrolled hypertension or benign positional vertigo. Check her blood pressure levels. Better to have an ent consultation to rule out cause of vertigo also.
Hope this may be helpful. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
